The following enrollment procedures are to be followed once residency in the Willard City School District has been established:* Custodial parent or guardian must accompany student to be enrolled
* If custody is an issue, copies of the custody papers are required
* Proof of residency
* Birth certificate
* Social security card
* Copies of records from former school
