Willard City Schools is using BrightArrow to improve communication with families through telephone calls, emails, text messages, and app alerts. The system allows the district to quickly share emergency notifications, schedule changes, reminders, and other important announcements.

Families who would like to receive text messages should text YES to 79041. The mobile phone number must already be listed in the district’s student information system. After opting in, families will receive a confirmation message from BrightArrow.

Automated voice calls will typically be reserved for urgent or time-sensitive information. When answering a BrightArrow call, say “Hello” once and then remain quiet so the recorded message can begin. Families may press the Star key at any time to replay the message. If a call is missed, please listen to the voicemail before calling the school, as districtwide messages may be sent to many families simultaneously.
