Welcome to the Willard City Schools Treasurer's Department. We are responsible for the financial management of the school district. If you have a change in address, please be sure to stop in our office as soon as possible. We need to update our records, along with STRS and our insurance company. Also, if you have any change in dependents, you need to stop in and fill out a new health insurance enrollment form. This is very important should it involve a new spouse or the birth of a child. 
 
 
125 Flexible Benefit Plan
 
Flex Info: A Section 125 Flexible Spending Account currently offered by American Fidelity and is available to all employees. Participation is optional and shall be by payroll deduction.
